Welcome back to another episode here on the Enneagram at Work Podcast. I am your host, Sarah Wallace, and this will be the last podcast for a while. We're going to be taking a pause. And so if you would like to stay in touch, we have our Understanding People newsletter where each week you'll get some sort of Enneagram resource, typically from us, but sometimes from other experts out there about how to use the Enneagram with your team, with your career development, with your leadership development. We'll bring in other resources from Forbes or Harvard Business Review or Gallup or other HR publications out there as it relates to team dynamics and cross-department collaboration and building trust, rebuilding trust, managing stress in the workplace. So we got articles and data and polls and stats to kind of help highlight what are the problems that your teams might be facing. What are those challenges? What are others struggling with? What are others doing to make the workplace more uh happy, efficient, productive? And so I always like to share those sort of resources as well because it kind of says, hey, here's what's going on. And then we can bring in, here's how we can bring in the Enneagram in those situations to help us. So it just kind of makes it a little bit more practical. Um, so I like that. And then we'll we'll give updates and news on things that are going on, whether it's, you know, start planning for your end-of-year Enneagram workshop experience or your team kickoff retreat. Um, and I bring it in the Enneagram for an hour or two in those spaces. Um, so we have that, and you can sign up for that newsletter over at EnneagramMBA.com. And then we have our YouTube channel. And then in some of this extra time that we won't be dedicating to the podcast will be used for that. Um, I really like YouTube because there are things that I have done, and and really sometimes I wish I could go back and change them or redo them, but things that I've done, you know, two, three years ago that people are still commenting on. And I love that those comments and that feedback, not just on the video itself, but the most popular videos on our Enneagram and BA channel are our type matchups, helping people narrow down their type. So am I a two or an eight? Am I a three or an eight? Am I a uh two or a six, two or a nine? So we have several that we have already done. We have several more that I want to do. And what's great about that is that it's turned into uh people watching the video and saying, hey, this part really helps me, or this is what gave me clarity, or these are some things to add to the video that that were not even mentioned, or things to think about. So it really becomes um a resource for you when you're trying to narrow down your type, both with the content in the video and then what other people are sharing that has worked for them, or some key pieces that they paid attention to that were helpful for the video. So you're there's definitely check out the comments. Some videos obviously have more comments than others, um, but there are several that that people really shared and I found to be helpful myself in understanding the those differences. So that our website or our YouTube channel is Enneagram and BA. So those are two resources that you can stay connected to with us in between now and uh later this fall, probably October, take a couple months, two months or so, um, to kind of recalibrate. What do what do we want to do here? How can we continue to make it better, more entertaining, more educational, uh kind of unique, adding a unique touch? Are there opportunities for a co-host, co-host? Uh what might that look like? So just kind of taking a pause to reflect, reset, um, update where needed. So that will we'll be coming back, but um things will will maybe look a little bit different when we do, hopefully look a little bit different for the better. Um, and then we are also working on uh uh some rebranding and just kind of the look and the messaging for Enneagram MBA. So we've been working with an outside consultant to help us get clarity on, you know, what makes us different. Um, who are we the best fit for? What type of team, what type of company organization can we best serve and make sure that we're talking to that person, both with our messaging, our words on the website and our sales calls, our packages and offerings. Um, and then even visually, are we are we uh a match for them? Are we communicating visually as well? So I'm really looking forward to that project rolling out here in the next several weeks. So keep an eye out for that. Um and then that's I believe I think that's it. I think that's it. Uh so looking to, yeah, just to take a pause and then um if you happen to be um planning for your end-of-year company event or team event or your new year event, um, I would love to talk with you more about your team, your organization, your event, and then some opportunities and some new opportunities too that aren't quite yet on the website, but will be coming. So um the great place to start is EnneagramMba.com and and uh filling out the initial uh form and and we'll setting up a call, uh, Zoom, old-fashioned call, or just kind of going back and forth via email that works too. Um, so I'm gonna invite you to start there. And then with that, as a listener, I appreciate you so much for being here, uh, for listening in. It's great to have you. And um it is kind of weird sometimes because it's not necessarily a two-way conversation. So it's just kind of talking into the abyss, uh, which is another reason why I've enjoyed the YouTube channel. There is some sort of dialogue over there. But um, if you have ideas, things that you would like to see changed, things that could make this better, um, please, please share. Um, we have a contact page in eagrammba.com forward slash contact. So you can share those ideas there. And uh I appreciate you. I appreciate you listening in. I appreciate you being here. And uh hopefully we'll stay in touch over on YouTube or the newsletter in one of those ways. And then I hope to see you back here um later this fall. Thank you for being here and uh we'll see you soon.
