This is a podcast about understanding people at work and navigating professional relationships. We spend so much of our time at work; why not make it more enjoyable by working on creating more enjoyable relationships with our teammates?
Listen in each week to gain self-awareness, relationship management, leadership development, personal growth insights, and real-life application ideas through the lens of the Enneagram inside educational episodes and interview conversations.

Due to tech issues and waiting until the last minute, this is going to be a skip week on the content.
I didn't want to completely ghost you this week, so sharing a fun update about being at the Association for Talent Development Conference in Washington, DC. If you'll be attending, stop by to see us at #2630!
Coach Brenda Brown will be around too, helping with leadership profile and coworker compatibility sessions at the booth.
If you won't be around but still interested in following along, check out our Enneagram MBA Stories on Instagram, where I'll be sharing behind-the-scenes from the conference.
Some things are not meant to be. And that is what is turning out to be true for this week's episode. I have recorded it multiple times. I was attempting to upload it last minute, uh, and it just isn't it isn't gonna work out. The sound is really weird and I don't want to put it out. And so rather than um just leaving you hanging, I thought I'd say hi real quick, give you a quick update on some some something exciting, and and really the reason why I'm doing this last attempt so last minute is because there has been so much extra prep work getting ready for I, the Association for Talent and Development or Talent Development Conference out here in Washington, DC. And we are sponsoring and attending the conference. If you happen to be a Seth Godin fan, he is the keynote speaker. I am personally fangirling and very excited to get to hear him speak. But this is an opportunity for us to kind of step out of the Enneagram world and really plug into one of the industries that we really uh do a lot of work in the talent development, people development, leadership development, team building. And so I am really looking forward to kind of just like I said, plugging in what are the trends, what are the challenges, what what technology should we be aware of, what's working, what's not, hopefully meeting some new people. And um, ideally, the plan is to share a recap with you here in the next few weeks. If you happen to be in the area or you happen to be um coming to the conference, please stop by and say hi. We're gonna be at booth 2630. And I would love to see you again, or I would love to meet you. And uh we're gonna be doing some fun leadership profile sessions, some coworker compatibility sessions at the booth, and then of course, talking and sharing about our team building workshops and programming. And um, I'm wondering if one of the reasons why this type four dera episode was just not wanting to get uploaded, um, is because joining me out here in DC is one of our leadership coaches, Brenda Brown. Uh, she lives in the area, is popping in to hang out with us for some of the days. And uh, she is an Enneagram type four. So um now the plan is rather than just to have a monologue of me talking about the type four derailers, she's going to join us for a conversation more than uh than a monologue um about type four derailers. So that will be coming at some point as well. That's the plan, anyway. I'll just say that's the plan. I can't guarantee what will happen. You just never know. Uh, and then if you're not in the area or not gonna be here at the show, um uh again, the plan is to do some behind the scenes of of our booth, the conference, maybe talk to some people, share some interesting type stories. So um follow along over on Instagram stories. I'm gonna be uploading updates here and there. So you can you can follow along over there. Um, again, the dates, depending on when you're listening to this, are Sunday, May 18th, Monday, May 19th, and then Tuesday, May 20th. So pop in, say hi, or keep keep a lookout for uh behind the scene updates over on social media. With that, thanks for being here. Thanks for listening. I appreciate you. It's I I just didn't want to leave you hanging. Um, I I you know I know there's a lot of content out there, there's a lot of podcasts that you can be listening to, and I I appreciate you um being here, whether it's your first time or or you're back. I uh a couple weeks ago we crossed 25,000 downloads, which was really cool. I just and I was waiting to to share it in a bigger way, but uh uh we did that. I think that's awesome, and uh that's you know, because of because of you. So um thank you for being here. If I don't see you in Washington, DC, um, I will see you back here next week where we'll get back to our regularly scheduled program.
