This episode three was inspired by a poll that I did over on social media asking, would you rather hear an episode on how to use your your type to create an aligned offer, specific things to know about your type, and we're actually using subtypes. So I am still going to do this topic. Um, it's really I love subtypes and then I like this angle of how to use it to create um offers that that are in sync with that. So stay tuned for that. But the other option that overwhelmingly won was an about me episode. Um so that is what you're gonna hear today. I hope you get something from it. Maybe find it entertaining, a little help helpful in learning a little bit more about the person that you're listening to to. So enjoy this one. Welcome to the Enneagram MBA Podcast, a show for aspiring and growing entrepreneurs and unfulfilled employees who know they are capable of playing bigger. If you are wanting to identify your gifts, find your purpose, do work that matters, and create a ripple effect that goes beyond yourself, you're in the right place. Each week you'll get resources, strategies, and support to help you get to know yourself, to get to know and understand others, like your future clients, and help you get known so that you can reach more people with your gifts and purpose. So grab your notebook or open up your notes app, and I will see you in class. When I teach about the type of content that you want to share to build your personal brand or to share your business's marketing message, there's three buckets that I talk about having as part of your content strategy. And the first bucket is the value content bucket, and this is where you're sharing tips and resources and tools, and exactly what it is, you're giving value, and that might be value in education, but it also might be value in entertainment. The second bucket is the sales and promotion bucket, and this is where you turn your taxicab lad on and let people know that you are open for business. And typically people are either on one extreme end of this of this spectrum or the other, and it's either that's all they share is sell, sell, sell, buy, buy, buy, um, or they don't talk about what they have to offer at all and are just hanging out and value content only, and both serve a purpose, and that's why it's part of the recipe. And this is where, yes, you will share about your offers and your um what you have to sell. It may also be sharing client testimonials or addressing client objections in the content that you share. And then the third bucket is the connection content bucket, and this is where you share stories and personal uh bits about you, whether it's your origin story of how you got to be where you are, or something as simple as what you're listening to, what podcast you're listening to, what book you're enjoying, what you're drinking for breakfast, how you like your coffee, all those little things start to paint a picture of you as a human being so that people can you know start to connect and feel like they know you at the end of the day. People buy from people they know, like and trust. So all three pieces are important to have in your content strategy. And so I'm gonna take my own advice and pull out a connection content piece here and do an episode a little bit about me, which feels kind of weird and self-centered, which I already worry that I am sometimes. Um, but the intention is that you have an opportunity to learn a little bit more about who you're listening to over here or who you may be following over on Instagram or um or I should say connected with over on Instagram or getting my emails from, so you kind of have a better idea of of who this person is. And while I'm doing it, I am recording this outside on my back porch. I just thought it would be a little bit less buttoned up and feel more conversational and relaxed. So there may be the air conditioner sound, my dog is probably gonna bark at some point, you may hear birds, but this is one of my favorite spots in the whole world is sitting out here um under this patio. So here I am talking to you. And um in this about me episode, I am planning on sharing seven fun facts in honor of being a type seven, and then I'm gonna talk a little bit about what it's like for me to be a type seven and weave in some of my own personal stories and why I love the Enneagram into those fun facts. And um it is a one-way conversation right now, and I and I totally understand that. Um, but I'd love to hear from you too. At the end, I'm gonna ask you specifically to get in touch with me and let me know some things about you because I do want to build a relationship, have connections, know who you are as well, um, so that you know, one being, you know, I can create content that you know is aligned with what you need and where you're at, and it's just kind of fun too to know who's on the other end of this. So with that, let's jump into some fun facts and then we'll talk a little bit about type sevenness for myself. So fun fact one is that I've lived in all kinds of fun places over the the years I went to college in DC. I ended up graduating um from IU because I thought I wanted to be a teacher, so I transferred halfway through, but I was at George Washington and I ended up going back out there um for an internship with the Marine Corps, and it was the coolest internship ever. Um I was doing it with one of my best friends, and we got to work in the Navy annex of the Pentagon, so we had the security clearance, and we just thought we were like the coolest people on planet Earth. Um, so I've done that, and then right after college I got a job with a construction material company where their Western um headquarters was based out in Denver. So I got to move to Denver right out of college, which was amazing. Um, it lit me up for hiking and snowboarding and all the outdoor activities, all the outdoor concerts, and just it was it it was incredible to always have the Rocky Mountains on either side of me during my morning or afternoon commute, and I was always, you know, at some point I did probably start to take advantage of them a little bit, but when I first moved there, day after day I was in awe of that this is my view. I don't care if I have to sit in traffic, like this is my view. Um, so that was an incredible place to live. And then I got transferred with the same company. I got a promotion, which was awesome, but it was in Kansas City, and I thought my life was over. I did not want to move to Kansas City, moved to KC Kansas City, Missouri. I know there's KCK, KC, Kansas, and Casey Mo. For those of you in the area, I was in KC Moe, and um I ended up loving it. It ended up being an incredible city, uh just a hidden gym. I blues music, um, every weekend, it just had this really fun um art district. There was there was surprisingly lots to do, and I ended up a year later getting transferred again to Chicago, and I cried at the thought of leaving when I had to leave Kansas City. Um, and so I cried going there. Didn't think I want to go there, and then I and then I ended up loving it, and then I was in Chicago for three years, and that's really where I started to lay down some roots and make some really good friends that I still have today. And then um I when I had my son, I moved back to Louisville, Kentucky to be close to my family, and I was in Louisville the city um for eight years, and just last year at the end of 2020, moved across the river um to a little town over here in Indiana where I'm still at today, and I love it. I sold my house in Indiana or in in Louisville. Um, I thought I it was it was I think COVID contributed to a lot of this, but I was my plan was to sell my home, buy an RV, take my son, and do virtual homeschool all over the country while we just kind of explored the outdoors and got outside, and I think it was I was feeling very trapped. And at the time our virtual school program was very frustrating, and it just felt like oh my gosh, we need to get away. Um, but then when I moved over here, um, my son got into school and he loved it, and I was so surprised I fell in love with this little town, it was so charming, it was right on the river. Um, I really, really liked it, and I still do, and so I'm still over here in Indiana now. Um, I guess fun fact number two is that I used to be a huge, huge runner. I still would consider myself a runner, but I have ran two marathons and over a dozen half marathons. I've ran the Chicago Marathon and the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington DC, um, back to back. But it's been a while. Um and you know, as a type 7, our center of intelligence, along with the fives and sixes, is in our heads. We're in the thinking center. And I find myself a lot, a lot in my head, overanalyzing, over-planning, overthinking. Um, and running for me is really the only time where I notice that I really connect with my body. There is also the body center and the heart center. And um it's it's very therapeutic, as a lot of runners I know will attest to. And so I I always said like the the asphalt was my therapist. So anytime I was feeling sad or mad, I would go out and run, and I have gotten so many lessons from those um races just in in life. I, you know, completing the race was amazing, but I also got emotional both times and just thinking back on all the weeks and months of running and running and running that led up to being able to cross the finish line. It wasn't just about that day, and I know that's that's so applicable to so many other things in our life, and um I I've really enjoyed it. I haven't ran any long distance since then, and I I I don't know that I will. It's very time consuming, and right now there's just other things in my life that I'm gonna dedicate that time to. Um, fun fact number three is that I do have an eight-year-old son, now an eight-year-old son, and I have been a single mom. I've talked about that before, maybe I'll talk about it more. I don't I don't love to identify with that term. I think um, you know, things mean whatever you make them mean, and I have encountered a lot of um, it's like a lot of negative thoughts and beliefs about being a single mom and and the just specifically around like oh you're you're gonna struggle, you're going to like your child's only gonna have one parent, and all the research shows this, how bad it is, and so uh I um I I do my best not to get sucked into that, and now I don't really even think about it. And that's not to say that I'm not supportive of single moms, and um it it is it's very different. There's very there's a lot of struggles that go along with it, like all the weight is on your shoulders. I have been very fortunate though that um my my parents are very helpful. I have a brother, I have a sister who have been very supportive and helpful, and everybody's been I have friends that are very loving and supportive, and so I have had um an amazing network around me, and and um I know that that is uh you know a blessing, something that a lot of single moms don't have. And so my experience has been very different. Um and uh but I I love it. I I didn't think that I wanted to be a mom, um, but I I love being a mom to this kid. So oh, so many lessons. Most days, most days. Most days I feel that way, as as I know all of you do. Fun fact, um, let's see, what are we on? For is that I love all kinds of books. So if you have a book recommendation, I'm trying to read more fiction and just kind of tune out um at night. Um, but I love a good personal development book on real on anything. So share those with me. Walking around the bookstore is one of my favorite things in the whole world. Fun fact five is that Elon Musk is my celebrity crush. Um if you followed me anytime at all, you know I I love this man. I know that he's controversial. I know he says things that maybe aren't the best way to say things. Um, I know he's a little quirky, but I just find him so interesting that he has Tesla, he has solar city, he's you know, has SpaceX going to going to Mars. Um he built building this hyperloop idea just as a hobby. He has this Neurolink company now, and just like wow, anytime that I think, I don't have enough time, um, I think about that, and it just it's really inspiring. I really, really, I just I find him really fascinating. Um let's see, fun fact number six is that my boyfriend is a type two, and I've talked about this over on Instagram a little bit. Um, but he this has been one of the the best things that's happened to me this year in 2021, and it's been a really um he is a lot of things that I didn't know that I needed or even wanted, and so much more than that. And so that's been a really, a really fun um experience, and and then we've had a lot, it's been a learning experience too, and it's really it's really entertaining sometimes and also frustrating in the moment, um, because most of the conflicts that we have comes down to our core desires and core fears as a type seven and as a type two, um, which for types twos theirs is to be loved and wanted and appreciated. And who doesn't want that, right? It's just on the scale of what's most important. That's that for him and for for me as the type seven, it's finding satisfaction and fulfillment and being content in life. So it could be very similar. There's a lot of things that overlap, but um it's just it's been um it's been interesting just how those show up in some of the conflict that we have. Um, but that it doesn't happen a lot. And what we we do, we have a lot of things in common. Uh we both like to run and the our the way we eat and the shows that we watch, and more than that though, um is that he is very focused on himself and not focused on himself, but developing himself, growing as a human being, um, you know, taking care and loving himself, and then you know that inspires me to do the same, and you know, using the Enneagram, using other tools to continue to learn more about myself and what I need to take care of myself. Um, and so then we're coming to each other as two whole people, which I I just I love, and neither one of us are perfect all the time, um, but that's definitely something that um I really just adore and appreciate about him and about our relationship. And then the last fun fact is that I am a preacher's daughter, so my dad was a preacher for gosh, um 29 years, and um we'll talk more about this, but I identify as a social subtype seven, and there's also a sexual or one-to-one subtype, it doesn't necessarily mean you're sexual, we'll talk about that later. Um, and then there is a self-preservation subtype, and all three of those play into how you express your dominant type, and each one will show itself differently depending on what your type is. And as a social subtype seven, some of the characteristics of of that include, you know, wanting to be seen as good and wanting to be seen as helpful, um, and wanting to have the kind of have this like, oh, I want to be pure and good, which has some one vibes, right? Um, but actually this subtype misidentifies as a type two a lot of times, and I thought I was a two for the longest time, and maybe I wanted to be a two. Um, and it makes a lot of sense. And and the reason why I bring that up is just I wonder how much of you know being a preacher's kid played into some of that, some of that energy of of wanting to uh sometimes not even being aware of like what I want and need, but it's like oh I want I want to want to do what is expected of me and like what I should do and what should I do rather than what do what do I want sometimes. So that's been interesting. Um that was that was um yeah, so I know there's a whole PK Club, preacher's kid club out there, and I am definitely I'm definitely in there. Um as a seven, the the core desire is to feel satisfied, fulfilled, consent. I mentioned that earlier. So I'm gonna move on um from that one, but I I definitely see that showing up as a as a driver in in my decisions. And what I love about the Enneagram is that it's you wanna you want to reflect and look back, and then you also want to use it as you move forward. And so I'm I'm I'm working on doing both of that, but as I look back and reflect, um, it is so interesting to look at the decisions I've made around certain jobs, about taking jobs, about leaving jobs, about um, you know, just vac you know, vacations and travel and where I spend my money and the types of friends that I surround myself with, and um, it's just all very, very interesting what motivates me. You know, my behavior might look like a two. I might look like a one sometimes, but my motive is very much in this search of satisfaction and feeling feeling fulfilled. Um, the core fear for a type seven is to be bored or deprived, to be stuck in emotional pain, and that is 100% true for me. Um I and and this is very common for for a lot of us in the the head center, the five, sixes, and sevens, where it's hard to just um just be with our thoughts. So the thought of meditating is you know, it should it sound super simple. Just sit on the couch and don't do anything. Um, but being bored and having to be with my own thoughts is one has been one of the most terrifying things that I do. And you know, I wish I could say that, like, oh yeah, I meditate all the time. I'm so great at it, I can totally be bored with my thoughts, just be alone with my thoughts. But some things that I'm doing to kind of grow through that is to just take my dog for a walk without headphones and just allow myself to be bored, to not have entertainment, to not be to not feel productive. I I used to have this need to feel productive at all times, and I would take like my phone in the shower and listen to a podcast, I could barely hear it, but I was like, oh, I'm gonna be productive all the time, and sometimes I'll even just turn off the radio in the car, and it's painful. It's like, oh my god, and I'll find myself like turning it back on and then looking for the station and turning it off, and it's like, oh no, no, I said I wasn't gonna do this, and then just like impulsively turning it back on. Um, so that that one hundred percent resonates with me, and then just dealing with conflict. I do have I I would say I have pretty I'm pretty in touch with my anger, my emotion of anger, but beyond that, um you know, I I'm I'm working on getting to know how I feel. How do I feel in this situation? And then allowing myself to feel it and not trying to cover it up with happiness and and shaming myself for feeling embarrassed or um what's another was it sad? Um and that is very much a seven thing, but also I know we all can do that sometimes. It's like it's hard to feel it's hard to feel hard feelings sometimes. Although, except for maybe our fours who are the most in touch with their own feelings and are one of the best friends because they can sit there and listen to you and not have to fix the problem where most of us are like. Oh my gosh, um somebody's just confiding in me, I gotta find a solution, I gotta help them. Um but sometimes you just need to like let the feeling be there, just let it be there. So I'm doing a lot, I got a lot going on in and just things that I'm working on. That doesn't mean that I'm I'm great at them, that I work on them every day. Um, but things that I'm at least aware of that I do as a type seven. Um sevens are also very future focused. We're in what's called the assertive stance with our threes and our eights, which if you listen to episode one, um you learned about that, and that is very true for me. I have a lot of what's next energy, and I didn't realize that I did it until I started learning about my type. And so this shows up all the time or has showed up all the time, and really continues to, where it's like I'm doing something that I planned for that I'm looking forward to. Like I'm you know, going on a fun trip, I'm out of party, I'm which I haven't gone to a party in a long time. I don't know why I use that example, but just doing anything fun. Um, and in I get there and then I'm already thinking about what am I gonna do next? What's next? What's next? And um, I do this with my son a lot. Um, you know, playing with him. I'm thinking, what's next? What's for dinner? What are we doing next week? What do we got going on next month? What classes should I sign him up for? Should we go on another trip? Um, when am I gonna have to play this game again? And and I'm missing the present moment. And so that's another area for those of you who can relate to me to to work on um is to to f to catch myself. It's again, I'm gonna it's gonna I'm it's probably it's just my natural tendency to want to think ahead. What's next? What's next? And um, I love thinking about the future, I love planning things, um, and then it's the the work to also enjoy being in the moment of those things. Um the sevens, type sevens are also in the the positive outlook triads with two and nines, so we tend to see the world as through rose-colored glasses, glasses have full. I do this, and sometimes it's great, but you know, it can be a benefit, and sometimes it can be not so great, and it can be more of like an avoidant tactic and not dealing with the issue ahead of me. Um, the other thing that sevens that resonates with me as being a type seven is this uh generator, this factory of ideas. It's a factory of ideas, it's also a graveyard of ideas because I love to think about ideas, and I have talked to other sevens, and this is a very common theme here. So if you are a seven, I know you're gonna relate to this. And if you have sevens in your life, just let us talk about our ideas, just let us dream for a little bit. Don't come at us with the details of how we're gonna execute on this because most of the time we probably won't, and that's okay, you know. Sometimes I I have a big whiteboard now in my office that my boyfriend painted for me, and it's just fun to like write down ideas, and I'm getting better at just like letting myself get excited, letting myself be pulled, you know, into the future and be energized um and recharged by all those ideas, but not allowing myself to get stressed out and thinking, oh my gosh, I have to do them, or I have so many ideas, which one do I want to do, or starting an idea, getting excited and starting, and then never finishing it. That's what I mean by the graveyard idea. And so um where I'm working on on that is to kind of give myself some guardrails to be creative and to have ideas, but do it in a little less chaotic way. Um because you know, I also there's things I also want to accomplish in life. There's things that I want to do to do and to have. And so it's important to have the idea, um, to have the vision for sure. And then I for me my work is to kind of tap into my one arrow energy, who ha are really great at structures and routines and getting things done to make those ideas come to life. And so it's thinking about, you know, what is my goal? What do I want in life? What do I want in business? What do I want in my relationships? And then which of these ideas align with that goal? And then how can I make those happen? Like what do I need to do to make those few ideas that I have selected that are in line with my goal actually happen and break it down. Sometimes it can be overwhelming, um, but break it down. I know this is something a lot of us struggle with is having an idea and actually taking action on it. For a seven, it's because we have so many other ideas. We also we have it's FOMO. We don't want to miss out. It's like, well, we could do this idea, but we could also do this idea. For others, it might be the fear of being not good enough. It's like, oh, this has to be perfect, otherwise I can't do it. What will people think of me? Um, so there's different reasons why we might have ideas that we're hesitant to to put into practice, to put into action. Um, but I know that that we there are a lot of us who have a lot of ideas, so hopefully that resonates with you. Um, and then the um sixth thing that I was gonna share about being a type seven is that let's see, I can't read my own writing. Um, oh, for me, so sevens get typed a lot of times. The stereotypical seven is free-spirited, very spontaneous, super adventurous. And you know, maybe I was that person earlier on in life, and and you know, we all probably were a little bit more spontaneous and free-spirited. I don't know. Um, but I find myself not identifying with a lot of those stereotypical seven categories. Like I wouldn't call myself the life of a party, of a party. Um I I enjoy connecting, I enjoy meeting new people, I enjoy the experience of going to a party, of seeing a new restaurant or a new location. Um, I'm very much an experienced junkie. Um, I didn't write that down, but that's something about a seven that I very much relate to. I love to collect experiences. I'd rather have experiences rather than things. Um, but I don't necessarily identify with that that life of the party energy in it. And maybe it is just as I as I grow older. Um, I also have I would say I have a six wing, more so than an eight. And so maybe that's maybe that bleeds in a little bit, which is our our sixes have that that um that fear of being without support and safety and and wanting stability and groundedness. And I I identify with a lot of that. So it's kind of this, it's it's interesting, and it this conflict, um, it's kind of this push-pull of that six energy with the seven energy. Um, so that is something I don't identify, but you'll see a lot in the Instagram graphics that come up or just the snippets about sevens, and that's something that's not true for me. So again, it's motive over behaviors. Um, and then the last one that I have here is I wrote down about the head center, but I kind of already talked about that. So I'll I think I'll just I'll leave it there, but I I definitely have um a lot of anxiety and I worry a lot, I I overthink things, I'm my mind is constantly, constantly going. In the three o'clock in the morning, I'm almost always up. Sometimes lately I've been just getting up and and working because and then I'll go back to bed eventually, but it's like otherwise I'm just sitting there wide-eyed open, um, eyes wide open. And um, so I I really, really, really resonate with this head center, and even when my boyfriend or anybody, you know, will ask, Well, how do you feel about this? I'm I'm so out of touch sometimes with that heart center that I I'm thinking, okay, how should I be feeling? Like how I'm trying to think of how I feel rather than just feeling how I feel, oh, which is so ironic. Um, and so that's an area where you know, I'm I'm working on integrating all three, like bringing in more of that gut instinct, more of the body, bringing in more of the heart and the feelings, and not ever, you know, getting away from the head and the thinking. There's absolutely a place for that. Um, that's where my you know the ideas come from, the visionary piece comes from. Um, there's a lot of good that comes from that too. It's just being the happiest, healthiest version is going to include integrating all three of those in a way. Um, and then you know, where I'm growing here is for seven, you know, I've I've talked about that that core desire is to feel satisfied, to be satisfied. Um, but a lot of times we end up looking for excitement, hence kind of that life of the party, spontaneity, free spirit, um, energy. So it's like we're out looking for excitement and hoping that we'll find satisfaction in that excitement. And I have definitely done that a lot over my life, and now I've just even in the last nine months, I have really been thinking, can I be satisfied without excitement? You know, does being satisfied have to include excitement? Can being satisfied means just doing what I'm here, doing right here with you, just sitting out on the back porch, you know, watching my son jump on the tripoline, having, you know, home a home cooked meal where we've brought in our vegetables from the garden with my boyfriend. Um, can I find satisfaction in those just simple moments? Not that they're boring, but that's just not like, oh, some big glamorous trip or some big glamorous party, right? Which for me, I've I've typically been kind of on this constant search, but you you never get there because it's always you are always thinking then what's next, or at least I have been always thinking, you know, what's next. And so um bringing in the sevens have a growth arrow to a type five, so leaning into that, being okay with solitude and being okay with silence, um, are uh qualities of a five, really healthy qualities of a five, that I um am being more aware of how to you know integrate into into my into my life. Because at the end of the day, we do have all of these numbers, all of these types inside of us, and so it's just being aware of when we need to tap into another number, maybe when our dominant type is not serving us, what we need to let go of, and where we need to tap more into. So there is some some fun facts how my type 7 shows up for me, and then I have just had um so many aha's, so many positive experiences with better understanding myself, um, better understanding others, that in um at the end of last year I decided to get my Enneagram coaching certification through Enneagram University put on by Christy Rolls, a full and free Enneagram, and she's gonna be a podcast guest in the future. I'm really excited about that one. Stay tuned. Um, and I I wanted to use it in the work that I did because I I still do and will probably continue to do, just having that seven energy of wanting variety. Um, a lot of I was doing a lot of consulting and and um coaching and done for you projects where I'd actually write emails for people. I would write 30 days worth of captions and and create graphics for people, and then um we talk about a video strategy and you know, uh ideas for going live and plan that out. And and not everybody, but there'd be a lot of times where then we'd do all that work, we do all that planning, and then something would keep them from posting it, or they'd post it and then take it down because somebody said something that felt like criticism. And so for me, and then also you know, when I was when I would um be working with people one-on-one, I would my advice sometimes would be like, oh, just do it, just do it. Um, yeah, let's go for it, try it, see what happens. And that can be helpful sometimes, and maybe we you need that push sometimes, but then knowing that I have that future-focused orientation to time, and then somebody else is going to have maybe a more past orientation to time, and being aware of that and and saying more helpful things than just do it or let's just try and see what happens because they're thinking maybe what happened last time, how did it go last time? So, you know, how how might it go in the future than knowing how it happened in the last time? And so just knowing how people see the world differently is is has made me a better friend, um, a better um coach, better at working with my clients, just better understanding strangers, even though I may not know their Enneagram type, you know, just they be might behave a certain way, and I'm gonna think, oh, you know what, it's maybe because they're maybe they're actually, you know, afraid right now, or you know, maybe they're feeling this way. And so just having more empathy for other people too has been it's been so helpful. So I wanted to bring that in for myself to be a better coach, a better leader, um, and then also bring that as a benefit to my students, clients, for them to have the gift of more self-awareness so they better understand what do they want, what do they want to create, what do they want to build, not what they should want to build and not how they should do it. There's all kinds of strategies that worked for other people really well, um, that just may not work for you because you have a different personality, your motives are different, your style is different, and then we beat ourselves up though when it doesn't work for us or when we don't want to do it, and we say, Oh, I should do this, I should do this. Um, and and it just never happens. And so let letting that go by better understanding who we are, what works for us, and we can take in different strategies. It absolutely helps to have a blueprint, to have a framework, to have a step-by-step process. But when you better understand yourself, you know what step-by-step processes are gonna work for you. You know when you might need to veer off to the left when somebody else is telling you to go right, but you can still follow that path. It's just you'll have a better understanding of what exactly along that path you're gonna need to avoid or do a different way, and then you end up creating this life, you end up being the creator of the life, not something you just end up falling into. And I've said this a lot, and I'm gonna keep saying it, that we have really spent years and years and years learning about other people since elementary school. Elementary school, we've learned about presidents and artists and activists, and um, we now we follow celebrities and follow athletes, and you know, there's nothing wrong with that, but how much time do we spend learning about ourselves? And most of the time it's not a lot. So the Enneagram is an incredible tool for doing that, and I absolutely love my typing sessions, I love my one-on-one sessions for people just to get to talk all about themselves, like what a gift, and have these aha's that they then take into different areas of their life. So that's my why behind um the Enneagram and why I chose to bring it into the work that I do. I still am passionate about helping people get seen and get known and connecting with people, sharing their message, creating that ripple effect. Um, and the Enneagram just allows me to do that in a more helpful way. So I'm gonna ask you now to share a little bit about yourself. I really do want to hear from you. I'd love to hear anything that resonated with you from my um fun facts from being a type 7, anything that's completely different from you, what type you think you might be. Um if we've lived in the same city, let me know. Um, we'll have to talk favorite restaurants, favorite areas. Um, if you're also a runner, I would love to hear any races that you're training for, any shoes that you love, um, anything, anything. I want to hear from you. Just a fun fact. Share me a share with me a fun fact, and I genuinely mean it. I know people say that a lot. I really mean it. I'd love to to hear from you. So find me on Instagram at Enneagram MBA. Um, if we haven't already connected, if we are, send me a message. Um, and then if email is easier for you, I'm at hello at Sarah Lynco.com. Both of those links are gonna be in the show notes here. And then I'm gonna ask you another favor. Um, if you haven't already, I'm gonna ask you the favor to subscribe and to leave a comment on this podcast. And because I know that that takes time, that takes effort, I'm gonna give you two gifts. One is your specific types reference guide, so it's all about um your energy, your conflict style, child unconscious childhood messages, how you show up in relationships, how you show up at work, and then specific ideas for kind of growth for your type. It's a 25 to 30 page packet, and you're gonna get that when you email me or um direct message me that you left a review, subscribed, and then um also I'm gonna give you a free ticket to a training, a live training we're doing around your CEO style on your leadership style, your specific marketing strategy, your sales style, and using bringing some self-awareness and then using what you know to create a business, a life that really aligns with those unique things about you. Um, and then if you're listening to this and it's after August 2021, um still email me and I'll gift you the recording to that live training. So, with that, um, it's been fun chatting. Um, like I said, I I one I would love to get to know you a little bit too and make this a two way conversation. So reach out, let me know a fun fact about yourself, and I will see you in the next one.
